Panasonic LCX1220P

BMW motorcycle owners have been using the Panasonic LCX1220P with much success, and it turns out that it's a perfect fit for the V-Max and the very reasonable price makes it even more attractive. The battery is a hefty 20 amp hour unit which more than adequate for even high compression modified motors. The internal resistance is higher than the Odyssey/Genesis so cranking capacity is a bit less (but more than adequate) and overall capacity is greater. It is also a sealed AGM type battery requiring no maintenance and has been used successfully by quite a few V-Max owners and owners of a few other makes of motorcycles with similar battery size needs. Once you try a battery of this type in your Max you'll never go back to the traditional stock lead-acid type.

The Panasonic fits in the stock V-Max battery box with no modifications.

Any of you people know about this/or interestred to get???

I'm thinking of getting.... :^)

Hi, Good day to all...

I am considering to sell my 1994 v-max if given a good/reasonable price. It has been fully re-done and customised.

Just a short list of the mods-

1) Full Bodykit from USA (i think its the only v-max with the streetfighter look)

2) UFO Fork Brace

3) Pro-taper handlebar

4) 3 sets of slip-on exhaust- Supertrapp, original and another unknown brand

5) Rear suspension from a 1999 V-max model

6) Custom twin headlight (from Japan)

7) New Matte Black Paint Job

It really is a very rare and beautiful bike and i've also totally re-serviced the engine so it runs beautifully. Will only let go if its at a reasonable price for all the work done on this bike. Only GENUINELY Interested parties can sms me at 96406196 and i'll ride it down to meet you in the late evenings hence no low-ballers please. Thanks for viewing.

Hi,

Yes, but am still trying to figure out how to post a pix. However genuinely interested buyers, please feel free to contact me for viewing. No obligations, price negotiable and i assure u that u won't be disappointed after viewing cos bike is kept in mint condition.

So far, am feeling puzzled with some enquiries received after i posted the sale. One called and ask for my plate number??? and when i just replied that you can come and view my bike for yourself, he suddenly disappeared and stop replying...another called and asked whether viewing is done in the day or night time, after i replied, he just say its ok then???. Another guy viewed my bike and ask me to keep him informed of the price that people offered for my bike??and when i ask him to make an offer for my consideration. He relied "its ok u can sell it to the highest price you can find" and afterwhich he stopped replying. With all due respect, i'm not asking for his permission to sell my bike....right?? Of course there were some guys who viewed and at least replied with courtesy whether they want or don't want the bike.

Enough of my nagging but i just wanna appeal to those interested parties to only call if you're really interested and ready to buy a bike cos it will result in wasting everybody's time. I believe its straightforward, u offer me a price if u like the bike and if i think the price is good, there will be a deal.

Thanks to all for reading.

You know the new owner??

The owner traded in for an MT-01 at Mah Pte Ltd. Not sure of her whereabout now.
