2002 Suzuki Turbo Hayabusa

This motorcycle is a 2002 model with all original parts

And is equipped with an NLR K27 Race Turbo kit.

NLR (Next Level Racing) currently holds the record for the first and only hayabusa to run 7's in its class.

In it's current configuration, the bike is capable of producing 400+ hp and 250 lbs of torque,

And the HP is adjustable from 230 hp to 400+ by means of a four stage GPS Controller.

Since the GPS Controller works off of the bikes Gear Position Sensor, the turbo's boost can be adjusted independently for each specific gear letting you gradually increase HP as you shift up through the gears. This is why it's so controllable.

Or it (boost controller) can be shut off completely and run on low boost threw ALL the gears. Shifting the gears on the motorcycle at or under 7,000 rpm will be well under 200 hp, again total control when needed.

Let me tell you... This motorcycle is one Ridiculous Monstrous Powerhouse, but it's still 100% streetable.

Here's why...

The large turbo starts building usable pressure or boost at 4,100 RPM. You’re on boost only during acceleration. When the throttle is maintained the turbo isn't making any boost at all. This means that you can run the bike at cruising speeds all day long boost free. Which is when it runs like a stock Hayabusa. It will cruise at speeds over 100 mph in stock form.

The Motorcycle just performs flawlessly:

On boost, off boost, transitioning, everywhere.

The reason she performs so well is because of its secondary fuel system. The intake plenum contains four additional fuel injectors that add fuel to the system only when it's on boost. When off boost, it is running on the Suzuki factory fuel injection and ignition system. It's this hybrid system that allows the bike to make predictable linear power all the way through the power band and the GPS Controller makes it happen in every gear.

How do the secondary injectors know when and how much fuel to add?

They are controlled by their own stand alone computer. A map sensor in the intake plenum sends a voltage signal to the computer. The computer in turn processes the signal and then delivers the correct amount fuel based on the current boost level. Because this all happens instantaneously, there's no lag like the old style blow through carbs that relied on the turbo's boost pressure to suck fuel out¿

Thank God for modern technology!

The Motorcycle has 1,500 miles and is equipped with the following:

NLR K27 race kit

Kit contains:

K27 Turbo

HKS Waste gate

Sequential blow off valve

4 into 1 header

2 into 1 dump pipe
