Good Morning Bros,

 

I need Help ... 1) job one - pay high but no free time & 13month is coming & not happy with the ppl around ur work sucks. 2) Job two - pay abit lower no 13month less leaves don't know good or not but if i can make it for my futher will be a wow.. pls help me as i'm loss which one is better..

my humble suggestion:

dont think about the new job first..

think whether the current job worth it or not? and of cos whether are u comfortable staying there with the given pay.. if u dont mind staying there just for the pay by all means.. but if u need to drag ur feets to work eveyday u really got to think twice..

dont compare against the new job but sole analyse whether the current job worth your stay first..
