Time: early morning. (ultimately, discretion of lead bike)

You're either there as a spectator/photographer, or be geared up for a free-and-easy track session on the racetrack itself.

 

Track usage per-hour: 50RM (weekend); free for spectators.

other parts will cost quite abit of money.. so i guess for him getting stock rims would be the best for now..
