I think you meant Pilot Sporty, its cheap and good, using that too, but I still prefer my BT45s. Both tyres are good but BT45s are slightly better for wet weather grip

Sorry abt the earlier appt. I couldn't get the handle that I wanted, also was in the middle of a project on my bike.

where to get bt45 at the lowest price in SG?

Tinking to get Pilot Sporty coz i see the review quite gd and light on the pocket... coz only $140 a pair while bt45 UM quote me $115 for back only...

u change your rear wheel to 17"

bt39 got 18"

Yes using 18" BT39 for rear cause bikeshop said his supplier no stock for 18" BT45 rear.

BT39 is for racing bike like SP.

Turning is good but tyre heavy, pick up affected abit.

But life is more important , safety first.

for u now... any tyre other than stock duro is gd.

you should have neg with bike production to trade in your stock tyre brand new resulting in a better pricing... too late now

How much to change for a pair of bt-45?

Wat tyres u recommend?

I went to toh guan Unique motors just now coz suppose to met biposte for the handle but he cant make it last min so asked around the mech for advise..

they recommend me Michelin Power sporty... is it gd?

I wldnt say i wld recommend u, but i m using City Demon myself. Think its from Pirelli. I forgot the price exactly, but is abt 50sgd per tyre. As long as u change the original Duro tyres, u wld reduce the risk of skidding significantly.

I suppose the cost is not dat expensive as compared to BTs and made in Japan tyres, cos City Demon is made in Kakaland. :D

Speaking of panniers... Does it feel weird to have side boxes for Hawks? Gonna get it from Biposto soon... But is it still possible to squeeze through? =P
