Is it possible to fix those huge sidebox to a CBF 150?...How much?....

 

I just love the bulky look....

rack u need to custom make, about 300, side box depending on size. givi e21 cost about 150 at lab

Hi Guys,

 

Tomorrow I'll be heading down to Bike Production to sign d papers for a new CBF150. They are selling me at $4600 + box + 1 engine oil all in without IU & insurance only... Is that a good deal?....They also have a 2nd hand one FBD plate going for $3200....HMM still contemplating which one to buy?...

 

Actually I've just sold my RXZ cos COE expiring and need a transport bike only. But I don't ride dat frequeant, not even to work... I only ride if I wake up late (very rare), going play soccer (twice a week) or need to run some errands...

 

So wat u guys think?... Anyway what should i look out for wen i go to d shop tomorrow before signing d deal?....Can i ask for discount or free stuff?...Long time nvr buy bike sooo rusty.

anyone change their fork oil?

is it a must to change fork oil after about 2.5 years?

any brand of fork oil to recommend and the cost?

I changed mine at JB cheap and good...till now still goin strong...one year few mths back already....

S$70 fork seals and oil change with either Silkolene or Motul 20w oil at Unique, Get Ah Hong to do it.

There is a special internal upgrade (secret which he doesn't want to reveal) to make it firm. Prices may vary now, but i this still worth. Do it once do it properly.

tks....price is including internal upgrade? i tried banhon and was quoted 25.........hmmm......right now my fork no leak no problem, just the usual soft since day 1, should i upgrade?

I knw u meant 300+ instead of 3k + but jus wanna disturb (kekeke) 3k + with 13 litres mean the consumption will be 230km/litre....

 

anyway guys...back from hatyai with cbf. no complaint but cbf light really sucks big time

Mine can reach about 400km to 420km before switching to reserve.
