bro, your lowering link.. how does it work?

 

its located near the rear suspension. what i am selling is you can either lower it to 1inch or 2inch.

Wanna compare the rates before i decide on what bike to get.

 

Anyway would the maintainence be very high compared to other class 2 bikes?

(eo, spark plug, oil filter, valve clearance every 50,000 and such?)

 

i'll mainly using it for transport(poser-style =>), but i don't want the bike to burn too big a hole in my pocket.

 

I'll appreciate any experience and views on maintaining the bike from the gurus here.

 

Considering between this and a gsxr600 k4.

Easy answer to your question is, get a GSXR600K4.... cheaper to maintain.. also looks nice..

the k4 suzuki design caught my eye, morever it's cheaper.

 

However it's 2years older, so i'm a little worried about spare parts and such.

 

If a yammie 06 r6 fits nicely into my budget i won't mind gettng it instead.

During 2006, I was considering GSXR 600 2006, GSXR 750. Until I saw the newly launch R6 06. Just the design of the bike its enought to kill. haha...the maintence I think is almost the same. R6 06 only need 3 bottle of engine oil not too sure for GSXR (maybe 4 bottle).

expressway normally travel 120-150km/h

i go slow on pick up...

last time before mod n after run in is about 260km before reserve

 

i think is the pc3 that causes my low mileage. anyway its still fun to ride on R6

mine wif only bmc air filter is 240 b4 reserve.. i've nv reached 250-260 b4 reserve.. lol..

 

normal spd is 20kmph above the road's spd limit..

R6 08 slightly diff wif R6 06, maybe due to the crankshaft. I also notice 08 model have more hp.
