Not a fan of GPR, why not Termi or Akra? I'm brand conscious.

 

 

 

 

The only FS which is legalised is Leovince, if I am right. Why not break the law and join the dark side

 

its kinda the cheapest one ard, i on tight budget..haha..

 

But excelcycle states GPR also legalised lehh?

Then how abt those stated on teamhkl's site?

the fs from akra & arrow they say is street legal...

Only Leovince and Gpr legal full sys no other full sys is legal ya take note :)

I have a 2009 US edition R6 with mileage ~5000km. Lately i'm having some problem with the engine overheating. Observed engine temperature= ~ 214F before turn off the ignition, follow by when i turn on the ignition to start the bike, the engine temperature jumped to 234F !!! Waited till the engine temperature goes down to ~ 217F then the bike can be started. Check the water level seems fine and the fan is working fine. It seems to happened each time i turn off the engine and follow by try to start the bike immediately

Anyone encounter similar problem or anyone has any advise, thnx in advance

The temp is a normal thing but i'm able to start my engine. Not sure abt yours.

If you're not in a rush, save some cash and go for Akra or Termi. You'll love the FS as compared to GPR FS. If legality is an issue then I suggest just a slip on muffler will do. Just ask Daniel how nice a Termi is. LOL.

 

Speaking about GPR, I saw a white/red R6 today along Sims Ave. Very dao!! Wonder if it's Clarence?

 

As Raihan mentioned, only LV and GPR has legalized FS.

gpr fs abt 1.5k?

 

Cheap! But I would rather get LV. Or a termi gp slip on? You take gpr fs header and put termi like that illegal already. Must as well termi with other header like mjs. Cheaper this way.

If it does provide power gains it should be minimal, if not LTA wouldnt even approve it I guess.

 

Just fix on a race header with a slip on, fuel management kit and you're on!

haha would love too.. i'm just wondering as to whether if your header and midpipe is not legal even if u buy a street legal endcan will u still pass the inspection?

Hi guys, planning to get an R6 soon, but I'm passing my current ride to a friend to COI, so my question is, if I get another bike, will i be entitled to my current NCD(20%)?

So those on the DARK SIDE, you guys would revert back to stock if need to go inspection?

 

& im lookin more for the louder deeper sound rather than power, so would a gpr fs give me that?

Inspection most likely need to send through bike shop which is more costlier than going yourself.
