Buy the 08+ model onwards. Thats my advice.

if u need to change ur cam chain tensioner means ur timing chain is already loosen, changing the tensioner itself will not solve the prob, u need to replace ur timing chain.

 

From what I noe cam tensioner is a part of wear and tear, timing chain not easy to loose or break..

cam tensioner n chain r a set. u dun jus change either one. OEM tensioner r a one way device, as ur chain loosen, the tensioner will extend n tension e chain.

tyre pressure depends on tyre manufacturer...and carcass type. just follow t recommended manufacturer spec.

sprocket doesn't need to be maintain, jus lube ur chain at least once a month, clean ur chain abt 1/2yr once

there r chain cleaners in the market. spray it on n wash off with water. rem to lube back e chain after cleaning

Now doing for all year models of the R6! Used to offer for 2005 and below model as 2006 and later requires full-fairing removal. However, have since figured out procedure to remove the meter. Prices are diff from for pre-2006 and 2006-onwards models. Do contact me to see what colours are available!
