Did you remove your entired exsup servo motor?

no.. i haf yet to remove d entire exup servo.. d warning lite came on all of a sudden whilst riding at normal speed... Tried to whack d bike but no effect.. Seems like d butterfly valve doesnt open at all = totally powerless~!

Tried re-greasing and re-adjusting d mechanisms and springs of d pulley systems connecting d valve which are both under d seat and at d muffler. Cud it be because of d tiny motor dats driving d whole system ???? It looks very much like a TAMIYA motor(as in its tiny size)..

hi guys, i have a problem.....

After i install my arrow full system, and add a PC 3, my top speed drop a lot. i use to go up too 265 km/hr but now only 241 km/hr. and now my bike always blow black smoke. is there a problem with my tuning?

black smoke....too rich....u need a remap...20km/h is a huge drop.spark plugs ok?

 

u should be able to 275 on stock.

u can't totally remove the servo motor...else error code 17/18 will be on ur dash all the way.

 

u can only remove the cables connecting to the exup valves. that way, exup open all the way.

 

1) remove cable at exup valve only, cable tie the loose cable to the pillion footrest.

 

2) remove cable at exup and at servo motor as well... will look cleaner. but exup motor must remain,

the low end feels a little lighter....depends on the way u ride...

for me i like to WOT right away....so sure can feel the lightness.

 

if u ride, slow motion open....cant really feel.

yo guys check with u, wats the fuel consumption rate ? currently mine is like 15.8km/l, is it normal? mine is a stock 08. Me new to sports bike, my previous gsr is only 200cc smaller have 20km/l. Seems to me R6 is quite hungry for petrol.

My spark plugs is new.... so shouldn't be my plugs.... where is a good place to do tuning?

Dude, you are comparing apple to banana... Different engine, different chassis/weight, different fuel mapping...

any bros got spare 07 right side panel, the black plastic thing always break de.. :cheeky:

 

brand new is $35 at HL or AM. . . . HELP!! due to recent theft....i haven't been riding my bike for awhile. now i got a weird problem. very hard to start the bike sometimes... especially after a h2o bath.... any advises? i'm also suspecting the thief also stole other stuffs which i have not replace.

200cc is oredi half of wat ur GSR have u noe.. now u have a 33% increase in engine capacity but a 25% drop in fuel economy.. not to mention a HUGE jump in power..

yup thanks... i went down n claim a new set... later going down HL again.. i got error 18.. n my bike is less than four month old... hahaha.
