Hi all, I'm looking at 03-05 models of R1 to replace my ageing Aprilia RS250.

I kinda prefer the 03-06 outlook because of my size and its more comfortable for pillion and not to mention the bike is much cheaper than the 06 onwards models.

BTW upon viewing a few from various motortiams i happened to chance upon an R46 Sun/moon design at the Motortiam in Bukit Batok area. Its a yr 05 model and priced reasonably. Does anyone here know the history of that bike since the dealer says there were only very few of these original sun/moon designs in sg.

Yup, It's the exact same bike as the picture suggests.

I've actually test rode 1 of it sometime back at 2007 at a condo near jurong west area but the price was ard 12-13k then and I wasn't financially ready.

These R46s were indeed very very rare.

Yup, the price is very reasonable and tempting.

But I'm also finding out more about the buyer's guide in U.K webby in what to look out for before purchasing the MY05 R6.

I am viewing it again later and see if the engine con/suspension/brakes/steering are in good order then I'll place a deposit.

 

BTW wat's considered normal idling and normal riding engine tempreature? Previously I tested 1 03R6 and after the engine reaches a certain temp it activates the fan.

bros tat are looking for a suit this is quite a good deal.. his last price he is offering is $300 for a daniese suit... very good pirice for this brand of suit.. think he lower the price cos of the condition.. not tat fantastic... but good price for a starter suit... do consider... The quality of Daniese suits are good and the leather is also good..

 

but not for shorties like MANN la... i think farique u can consider this one bro..

i was given the dyno graph from ah siong hkl. i was wif william dat time and ah siong showed the dynograph to me before dyno was 106 and wif dyno 111. but seems weird to me though. should that be the correct reading?? i dunoe wad should be the correct reading if u were to install a full system, pc 5 wif bmc air filter... hmmmm...

but as far as to my understanding, 2010 model have lower hp compared to the rest of the models. correct me if im wrong. but wadever it is, im still enjoying my ride....

I'm playing futsal at ecp later @ 7pm...these guys are my wife's colleagues and associates and we play for an hour...i ask them if they are ok if we play...perhaps against them as a team...then if we have 8 players also ok...

 

alternatively, we can join nelson on sat when he plays at the cage for about 2 hours...i'm sure he has some friends there and we can make up the numbers so if 2 hours also ok...

or if we want our own play time with ourselves (this just sound wrong), we can try to book a slot at other venues too such as khalsa...

 

either way, all these arrangements should come with a standard contribution from everyone to fund the rental cost...best if can collect early so if anyone backs out, his share already contributed...otherwise on the actual day only 2 people turn up...problem man!!!
