its either a bracket to hold the IU at ur yoke, or put under ur pillion seat..

i heard sometimes cant detect.. but i think r6 shouldn't be a prob coz our bike pillion seat is quite high.. but im not very sure..

mine is under the pillion seat...no problems with detecting when passing under the gantry...as long as you do not have a pillion

 

for eps carparks...no issue as long as you have a cashcard in your pockets, you can just slot the cashcard into the slot to gain entry.

btw isit normal for the bikes temp to be 90 degrees? also the left fairing side damn ****ing hot i cannot tahan if i use bermudas. i think if ride for too long can eat my cooked leg alr

i've not tested with pillion sharing rider seat coz i ride solo...my take is that it all depends on the angle...sometimes when i carry a backpack while riding past the gantry, there are no problems ie: the backpack does not obstruct the connection between the gantry and the IU...using this analogy, if the pillion posture is fairly similar to the rider's, then it should not interfere as well.
