Very Fast Pick Up - Offence???

I did see with my own eye, a bike picked up very fast and it stopped by a TP.

 

would love to know the outcome of this story bro... he may be issued a fine OR given a stern warning onli. God knows....

Only saw the TP took out booklet and pen, talking to the rider. Don't know what was the outcome.

Pickup fast probably ok but problem is, if pickup is fast, you would probably have exceeded the speed limit liao => Kena fine for speeding.

 

Unless you testing pickup 0-50km/h only.
