Yeah yeah, the key word is AFTER ERP timing... cos I no IU unit haha... and the rest can save on ERP too!

I'm fine meeting anywhere as long I have directions

eh just a question, do u guys drag your gears (fuuully utilise the gears) till you change to the upper gear? or do u play like scram throttle (very fast change gear).

or do u watch your rpm before u change gears?

i dont rely on my RPM dat much...maybe becos i dont have one!!!

usually i see my speedo but most of the time i jus change quite fast maybe bcos my gears are short.......

but nothing beats your ears!!!

Always utilitise your gears!!!!!!

I upshift just before the 'sweet spot', and before the engine gets too noisy... somewhere around 4k rpm. This way I utilise the gears and also save petrol by not revving through the engine's power band.

Some people say 2-stroke bike muz high rev once in a while to 'clear carbon'... how true I don't know but if true then my bike's gonna get alot of carbon in the long run.

By the way, I would like to thank you guys for your advise in changing my carb (I used to clock 130++km for one full tank remember?). I just changed to a new carb and I'm running my first full tank. Now already 210km on my odo and still running!

Thanks to Ryan, Derrick, Bear and the rest! :cheer:

Huh? Can demerit ah? So serious... I only 12 points nia lei~

I too don't like to run her dry (in fear of rust forming), but I very much wanna try and see how much can my tank last after changing the carb mah...

Never mind I will use the reserve to get me to the nearest petrol station hee... :cheeky:

Chomster when your tyre panchit you push your bike home ah? Or tow? I never encounter before leh... You didn't fall? Good balance! :cheer:
