and I got my RXS already (WOW so excited, I go down just to practice kick-starting) it's in my car park, but how comes yours is 115cc, mine is 100? Are there two versions?

Hmm I'm not sure, if I'm not wrong RXK has 135 and err a lower one I think? So perhaps the same goes for RXS? Hahah I'm just guessing though.. The diff shouldn't be too big la, after all it's only 15cc haha.

Oh yeah the RX100, but looks wise pretty much similar la haha.

for mine its about 30km/l if go slow and not too many stop and go.. sometimes can hit 35km/l

 

depends on riding style as well...

I know its a remake of some old honda bikes, I saw it on bikepics.com before. I don't think it's CB125? I remember the CC being very low for this bike, some kinda moped haha.

hey guy, abt the fc, that is very strange. coz alot of ppl telling various amount of fc on rxk . etc gt, 25km/l, 20km/l, 30km/l 39km/l. i am veri confused. can anbody help mi please

FC varies cuz of ridin style, of cuz, if ya be more specific, it can vary due to atmosphere and even aero-dynamics

 

for eg :

 

on a very hot day, carb become somewhat rich...use more fuel but not exactly movin so ya gasin it hard cuz ya would feel that ya bike's got not enough power.

 

therefore at night, ya would usually feel that da bike would be nicer to ride and more powerful cuz ya air/fuel ratio is "more right".

 

and of cuz, K's got no fairings to talk about so aero-dynamics plays a rather big part for FC IMO...

 

 

personally, i usually ride it 70-80kph and it gives me bout 35km/l...when i gas it hard it will drop to like 30km/l...

 

 

to know more, use da internet, it can give ya answers.

not to be rude or wat.. but wateva bike u have bought.. no matter high or low fuel consumption u still have to pump petrol... thats a fact.. so just ride on.. have fun with modding den...

 

unless it drops to something like 20km/L den something is really wrong...

 

else like u know.. old machines tend not to be performing at their "peak" therefore fuel consumption might drop.. its quite standard for most vehicles...

 

so dun be so bothered about people telling u all sorts of stuff.. FC is not everything i feel.. if its such a problem on ur mind.. u should be gettig a wave.... 40km/L is possible, some even claimed to hit 50km/l !

Just now i was trying to change my signal lights, wahlao the wiring is a mess man. and how do you guys take out the seat? my wrench can't fit, need a crank is it?

 

I no license yet but hand itchy ah, want to mod this mod that now!

 

also when i take out the tank for respray, i just off the fuel valve and take out?

 

anything else i need to watch out for when i remove the tank?

 

I'll join you guys for an outing once i get my license

empty da tank before ya do so....there are some seals to prepare too...can't rememba da size though...also, disconnect da wires too...

I didn't empty my tank when I painted it, just whack. Turn off the fuel valve, took the tank out and up I go to my house. I had to tape the fuel valve though cos I realised that the petrol were actually still leaking, but droplet by droplet though. In fact practically like nothing, just a little bit so just tape to be 100% safe.

 

As for the seats, should be quite easy what. Use some kinda wrench, screw both the nuts out then by right you should be able to pull the seats out easily.
