My friend used to ride an AZ plate, that was untill he buang-ed.

I still see a couple of AZs around, oh and a few occasions AYs too haha.

 

Lately I've seen AP YB100 and Vespas as old as AM or AR etc.

Mine's a FC plate and it's 84, so I'm guessing AZ/AY to be produced in the late 70s? The other day I went to the err.. That motor shop that deals only with vespa, near sim lim there. It's called tong aik, and the lady boss asked me to go up to their workshop and check it out. Damn nice la all the rebuilt classic vespa. Don't know why so ex also, but compared to classic naked bikes, racers etc. Vespas aren't that bad la actually. All those Honda CD175 and all, already ppl are selling so expensive, 4 - 5k at least haha. I saw one near the lavender food court today, it's red in colour. Sweet!

I've been looking for it also man, but to no avail. I bumped into a guy who rides a CD175 with cafe bar, apparently he got the last one from Chia Heng? I asked marco from the vintage thread as well, but he said overseas. I'm thinking of going to those metal shop and get them to weld one for me eh hahah.

Haha you wanna make like those norton/triump bikes so you can kiap the tank is it? Cafe style yo! I'm not sure if they do that. Anyway, you can go to this tattoo shop at peninsula, 2nd level. They sell alot of old skool honda tanks. Those of either a CD or CL something like that? Chrome stuff. The screws and all looked like the same as the CGs one so perhaps you can go check it out? My guess is minimum modding if you get one of those. I like one of the black/chrome one but sadly, I have to mod quite abit to fit it into my rxs haha, oh well..

Not exactly, they don't sell any other things there, it's a true blue tattoo parlour haha. They just happened to have a couple of tanks(I find it puzzling but who cares aha) and most of em are rather old.

Haha yes correcto! Which is why there's nothing much for me there unless I'm ready to go weld some bolts or nuts or whatever you call it to fabricate a (cache?) for the tank to fit into the yamaha frame. But damn nice la the chrome ones.
