Woah....you gotta double-think that purchase, dude.

An MV Agusta cost many times as expensive as a Japanese Class 2 bike.

Moreover, if one happens to have much moolah to buy that bike, the maintenance is still going to kill the owner if he don't have such deep pockets.

(So therefore, we -- err.... poor people are limited to the Jap ones...Suzuki, Kawa, Yammies, and Hondas...)

I Disagree with you and would like to correct ur quotes.

Maintenance cost are the same as any other bikes. I repeat again. Cost doest not differ.

Pls do not assume things that is not true

Antonio...greatly apologise if my comments sounded too far off.

In fact, recently I have talked to a Duke rider and have found out that sometimes, it's some stores that (may) contribute to the factor of the the higher pricing offset..(i.e) one store may charge as high as $400 ~ 500 more -- where labour and parts should not cost that much.

Anyways, thanks for your brief insight on this matter. :)

beg to differ,

can't compare maintainence of conti bike to a jap bike..obvioulsy

the conti bikes will be expensive.. but how do you define maintainence?

just the engine oil / tyre? i am sure its more than that !

I think these rumours has been going on and on from years back.

but what i can conclude the only difference between them are the time factor to get the parts. It may take longer time to order the parts.

like i said costing are the same for example some of the parts of the Japs and Mv are the same. Like filter oil, coolant pump impeller and more to list down can be used for MV. They work perfectly fine.

It depends on who you are speaking to. But honestly speaking, the cost of maintaining a MV (inline 4) does not differ much from the same specs of a japanese equivalent. Then again, our mr-know-it-all here got his MV at the price of a cabbage which never came, that explains the gasconade.

Heck..you don't need to even be a chevron- or epaulet- bearing official to ride an MV, so enjoy yaself.

It's not as restrictive as what conscription put us through anyways, so I'm sucking up every bit of the comments, tough tarmac dirt, as well as the company, assistance, as well as their valued tips and goss' of my big 6'rs and litre-biker bros. ;)

Aaaargh, whaingreaheavens am I'm doing....must remind myself not to digress...

Improve improve improve, man...
