Guys, I have a question, I'm intending to install a switch for the radiator fan, I understand I'm supposed to tap a wire at the radiator thermostat right? The issue is I can't seem to locate it anywhere on the radiator. Anyone knows where it is or what else should I do...? I do not wish to bypass the auto turn on thing entirely so connecting it directly to the fan isn't feasible right..?

As spoken, you may wanna tap the Fan wires instead of the Thermostat. It does not make sense to me to tap the thermostat, and not to mention dangerous with the ECU and all.

 

Just get an ON-ON switch to connect the fan wires and positive terminal. You are good to go. You can read up on this http://www.kpsec.freeuk.com/components/switch.htm

 

 

If you still wan to tap the thermostat, it is located under the tank, near the waterhose. It near the engine block. Sorry about the location part, never thought of moding this section.

what does it do actually?

 

bro dinie,tat device actually clamps the end of the clutch cable and there is small hole for u to insert the lubrication of ur choice using a small red straw just like WD-40's,just press in a few squirts , amazingly the lube will flow all the way to end lubricating the whole cable line.and the result effective,smooth clutch ,no more heavy hydraulic like clutch.haha:angel:

I think the tire preasure should be 250/250 withOUT pillion and 250/290 with pillion. :p

Just for info, if too hard, you may not have enought grip when riding fast and the tire will wear unevenly thus the squaring of the middle potion will happen faster. Food for thought guys.

the radiator fan is not controled by the thermostat. the coolant temp sensor is the one sending the signal to the ECU, then turning on the fan when the temperature is too hot.

Nope i got mine is stebel magnum II. i think the highest it can go is 139db.

U can get cheap for $19 at mustafa center.
