yoyoyoyo.. long time no post already... yeap raining at Tuas and is damn heavy!!!!! **** good thing i reach 6am... FYI on sat morning there wont be any jam at tuas check point which going out... juz car that will pack up since 5am.... but if you all decide to go early then good also.. but FYI try to stick together when in msia gp... as stil early morning there might be sum early bird who wanna get sumthing so juz becarefull k....

As a RULE OF THUMB for any overseas trips.

 

1. Wear long sleeve Jackets (Riding Armored Jackets Preferred)

2. Wear long pants (Jeans or Touring Pants Preferred)

3. Wear covered shoes (Boots Preferred)

4. Wear good helmets (Full-Face Preferred)

 

If any of the above is not met, you will not be allowed to join the group. This is pertaining to safety and we do not take it lightly.

Saturday, might like have many other groups, possibly, gathering at same GP Esso,

so be early and then can choose spot to park bike under shade should people be late.

(Till now I do not know why GP Esso is the Preferred choice)

Then at least all can be briefed at a nice area. If not have to find some tepi mana of GP Esso to do briefing.

Though still got petronas and shell (heh)... Eh? Right or not... Think I have not top up GP for quite some time...

those who reach the meet up location (JURONG BIRD PARK) later than 6.15am, pls proceed to GP R&R straight. There, we can have our good mornings here and there before moving out. Final briefing will be at the GP R&R.

About 3 full tank of petrol. That would be about $120rm

$100rm for food and some shopping

$20SGD for bungalow. May have to sleep on floor

$10SGD for making me type this and not reading up 3 to 4 pages back

1) I dun think u would feel good being the last to arrive like a SUPERSTAR. The 6.30am is jus an "IN CASE ONLY" scenario. If every1 is there at 6am. Do u think its good to make others wait for u till 6.30am?

 

2) I seriously think u dun get the idea of touring on bikes. I am highly recommending that you do not attend this trip as u hardly have any sleep. U finish work at 12am. Take about 45mins to ride home. Wash up around 15mins. Try to sleep after. Then u need to consider the time u need to get to meet up point which is about 30min or so. All in all u could get at least 4.5hrs of sleep only.

Agreed. It is not a 30 - 45 min trip where you can reach the destination. It will take at least 2 hours more than less be on the road riding at 120km/h more/less just to reach Melaka. Imagine Melaka is 300+km away from Gelang Patah. If doing simple maths of constant speed of 150km/h (Must really concentrate on the road), it will take 300km / 150km/h = 2hrs, of pure concentration.

 

If you really want to follow, please apply leave on Friday.

 

In recent case/view, those suspected with RED EYES or/and with EYE BAGS will be told to go home hahhaha.

well, i ride to tuas before at these timing, 6.30am, 7.00am and 7.30am..

i prefer to completely pass thru Tuas immigration at 6.30am.

 

so if really want to pass thru tuas chectpoint at 6.30am, we really need to MOVE out from JBP at 6.15am. JBP and Tuas checkpoint is still distance away.

 

btw if u finish work at 12am, you know what to do.. i wont tell u on what to do before the trip, you know yourself better than i do... hehehe... i know myself better than anyone.
