To me key duplication is a very sacred thing. If it is that easy to copy, then it is that easy to steal the bike hahha.

I go for the best option available, maybe a more reputable shop. Then again, do I really need the spare key? I do have one, but no chip inside. So at least can unlock handlebar & open seat, but cannot start bike. Costs less than $5 hahah.

 

At the end of the day, once payment is complete, the keys and dog tag will be returned to you. Which is for me.....very very very soon. By then, I will be stuck with 2 keys with chip, and 1 key without.

Then what u need to do right now is go to your bike with that key only... Leaving the original key AWAY from the ignition. Try to start the bike. See if u get any ERROR message on the console...

1300hrs - We Visted the Old War Museum - Where More Info About the Wars in Nam..

1500hrs - Got Robbed - Was Walking But Looking for the Resturant VN Halal This Guy in a bike approach Us And Ask Wheather we want Girls, We Said Wasn't

Intrested, He keep on insisting, But we reject, he took out a card, Ok anything we will Call but only got one card, so took a Picture of the card

Then he said must pay because i took a picture of his "one dumb card" , then he keep on Pastering Me, With No Choice in Hand Gave him 1USD,

He Wanted 2USD or 200.000D = S14.70/- F&*K I told him Thats Day Light Robbery, Frustated by i It i Just gave His the 2USD & Walked AwaY....

1715hrs - Had Late Lunch at nearby VN Halal

1900hrs - We went to the Nearest So Called Late Night Pasar Malam Which was Selling all Kind of Stuffs, Bags, Shoes, Clothings , Accessories...etc

hey guys, talking about the key duplicating issue, my bike key sometimes get stuck (ie, cannot turn from lock to unlock.. ) need to twist and turn and try alot of times before the key can unlock the bike. where can i seek help for this kinda issues?

Its wear and tear bro. Squirt some WD40 in the ignition. Then u need to find the "way she likes to be turned ON". Some like it when u insert and sorta tilt the key up a bit and turn. Some like it tilt down... Some like it semi in. Some like it FULLY IN.... Different gurls different likings... EH i mean different bikes...

1330hrs - Lunch at BomBay Halal Food - Razi Accidently Drop His Camera....Everything Else Work Except the Lense Can't Be taken Out...

1500hrs - Went To Find, Hard Rock Cafe...

1700hrs - Back to Queen Ann Hotel, Stright Chillin & plan out for tonight Dinner & Meeting Up with DI From MotoWorld..]

1830hrs - Went Out For Dinner @ VN Halal

1930hrs - Went down to Peiguin Coffee Club Meet up with DI (Motoworld Guy) + All his T135 (Sparks) Group accumilate around 70 peoples...

Such a Big Group, They introduce us as SUZUKI GSR Singapore... As we Represents For GSR Singapore, & wanted us to follow them to to a place which

is 120km from the peiguin Club Water Festival by Riding there & Overnight till the next Morning, They wanted to supply the bike + Helmet.... We wanted to but Feeling kinda orkward

& Out of Place, We turn down Nicely saying that we going for a tour on the next morning...

2130hrs - It Rained, It Rained Heavily.....So No Chioce in Hnad we Chill out, Even For the T135 Riders Coun't go anywhere Even the Drains was Full of Water...

2200hrs - The Rain Cool off, We Decided to Head down to Hard Rock cafe to check out the Place Before Midnight...

 

2215hrs - Reached Hard Rock Cafe - Rubylux WAs performing Include Sexy-Sexy THAO TRANG- It was the BOOM Baby the Waitress Was Jumping around The crowd was ok

But the Band was great.....

0100Hrs - Reached Back To the Hotel - Shack out & Went to Bed....

i didnt buy from loois bro , the bike shop i get my bike is near and since my bikeshop dun do the duplication of the key , i search around and found loois does the duplication, of course they will entertain your if u have the cash , they dun only sell bike ma , and btw , is need to go cut before program , i have a hard time finding ppl to cut as i being rejected by 2 key smith as they worried they might spoil the expensive key , btw , if u cut wrongly , need to buy another one ,....50 bucks... but if cut corectly , that is the price u got to pay as programming is included...

Try not to use WD40.

WD40 tends to wash off any form of lubrication in the keyhole and dry off itself, leaving the ignition keyhole dry of any grease and making the 'tightness' worse or even encourage rust to set in.

 

Try using a dry-film lubricant. GT85 comes to mind as it leaves a film of Teflon behind.

Alternatively, use chain-lube.

Singer Oil is useful but it washes off easily at the first signs of rain or bike wash.

Actually got some idea already on how to solve the key hole issue. The best way is to cover the hole. This confirm will not allow water to seep in. Of coz the material muz be waterproof.

 

Lets see if my idea can kick off hehehe.

Some tuff plastic for those table.. Cut it nicely and use carbon sticker to paste it over the ignition? Sorta mud flap look... heheheh

actually its a good idea. now i always put my helmet on the tank/handlebar area so it shelters the key hole haha. but thats because my helmet is old and cheap.
