i got questions.

my bike every morning cant start. e moment i let go off electric start button, the rpm drops to zero n "tsssss"

have to electric start n hold throttle untill temp 60 over b4 can let go..

i know some bikes need to warm up. but normal warm up is able start then let it idle right?

1st i called them then they say battery low jus buy 2nd hand, too long nv use. but blinker light all working so i took it back to asxxxxx

then they say, now can start no problem wad u wan me to do?

my friend notice the engine oil gauge is empty i topped uo engine oil i almost top up 1 bottle b4 its full when upright, half when on side stand. before that see though the glass is clear! no brown liquid at all.

 

i called them up n ask. i paid deposit u ask me come back 4 days later cos they will service 4me they even ask me 2 help by waiting longer cos they not enuf manpower how can they do this n i said pls tell me honestly wad else i needa change n i dont wanna argue with them jus tell me so i go outside replace cos nw its safety issues.

 

then he shouted at me ask me don anyhow say cos he was there through the whole process. i arrived after lunch when e mech jus began servicing, i even brought them drinks n waited for 2 hrs hoping they do a gd job if im nice to them. e in charge wasnt there at all. it was jus me n e mech. but he changed topic. say e glass blur. then i replied that both my friend n i saw properly.. then he again changed his tone saying when e engine starts e oil sucks from below to e engine so it will appear lesser.

 

n it will be unpowered if too much engine oil

 

nw he say if i bring back, drain e oil, if more than 3200ml i have to pay him for the oil.

 

e day b4 when i went buy side mirror at ah boy, after fixing for me he noticed i couldnt pull e bike out of e lot n offered 2 help.. then he tried also cant. he jacked up e bike n push e wheels but they couldnt spin n ask me 2 bring it back. then aspxxxxx stil say they give good brake pads thus so tightguys i really need your advice. imagine your prized machine. u paid for a lemon n ppl stil try to smoke u..

 

im also trying to do my part, i email various countries suzuki to ask for e user guide as there are many 2nd hand user here. i only managed to email philpine, malaysia, new zealand, e rest not in english or i cant find a consumer email.

 

wow...I just about want to get the bike at Asp****. can anyone give feedback on this shop?? Is the service good??

which asp**** you bought from? i've bought 2 bikes from asp****. first was an ST11. that was a good bike, but problematic from the start.. but they did an overhaul for me under warranty. so no complains there. second bike is my current bike, a VFR800. no problems at all, awesome machine. they only changed two of the four spark plugs due to the mechanic's lack of knowledge of the bike, but that was quickly rectified. everything that was discussed before signing was stated in the paper. and i bought them from the Serangoon branch. best of all the branches i feel..

ah sxxxx is the one i spoke to

he tried smoking me from day 1

i noticed e sealant coming out

then when i spoke to him abt it he say jus a pcs of rubber distorted due to heat n its normal 4 every bike n proceed 2 take me 2 see another bike which has e same

 

im wasnt so sure so i asked this gentleman (his name is neil) riding a fazer helping his friends check out bike, if he could help me take a look.

he was v nice, check not jus e sealant he walked ard e bike n highlight things i needa take note jus from looking as testing is not allowed

neil said e sealant on the supension cost estimated 150 to replace

n if wasnt done so, it might jam n i could recover from the supension recovering from a hump seconds delayed n throw my handling off course

 

then sxxxx said no lah jus a few bucks only. n i replied since so cheap y don jus help me change?

 

i spoke to someone else a wk ago n when i called if can lower e price abit he say if i come down nw he give me 300 discount. then when i was ready to make a deposit he tried adding on insurance etc. ending up even more ex. then i explained 2me e price quoted last wk alrdy included. then he argue i made a mistake. but i was v sure. cos they even asked 4 my age n i even asked clearly which insurer cos i can get my own, n if add 2nd rider all these how much?

 

intially i thought its jus saleman to do that.. but its too much now izzit it?

wow.. then either you're just unlucky, or he last night never get some.. if you know what i mean. cos he's been nothing but nice to me..
