boyboy n ah gui, dun like that leh... not who fault who lah. its just that no confirmation, later all happen to meet up end up didn't collect no good mah. its kind that boyboy take the trouble to go up n make the polo t-shirts for the whole lot of us. n ahgui to collect the money then oso to pass to us upon ready for collection. i really appreciate both's effort. just wanna tie some loose strings thats all.

kaozie, the radiator side ok... got water... due to angle, water cannot b seen but put finger in, can feel it. nevertheless, i topup abit. then the expansion tank oso top up.

DenverDino bro... that time u mention about coolant dun overtop due to leak off at the top of the fuel cap. i check already. for coolant, from the expansion tank, there's a hose connecting one from the tank then merge down to the leak off. the tank got 2 hose that leak off to the bottom of the bike.

 

the hole that the fuel cap have is a breather hole to relief pressure in the tank. under the sun, got expansion. then nite time contract. this will in return harm the fuel tank.

LAB n chong aik. but i will recommand chong aik. they got more range from cheap to ex. n there not like LAB so cramp n lousy service... mine i bought at chong aik. got chrome n matt black...

yup... mine bought at chong aik... $8 + $0.40 GST. :D slightly ex than LAB but there is definitely better.... they got those $80+ mirrors which i think is nice but too ex dun wanna buy so just get a cheapo one n settle with it. so far so good, i'm ok with it.

 

just tell them for honda bikes can liao... cos suzuki n honda, the threads r the same... if cannot, can change oso... but do ask them just in case they say cannot.

i went to knock out a dent in my fuel tank last saturday... quite impressed by the work.

 

i was told by a few shops that they would need to patch the dent and respray the whole tank but this shop used a hammer and a metal rod to knock the dent out. its not perfectly 100% back to brand new condition but if you don't go and take a close look you wouldn't notice that the dent was ever there... plus it costs much much much lesser than a respray :cheeky:

 

yes i believed there are shops who can massage dent for fuel tank just like what they do for cars. I suspect some shop want to chop us by saying they will respray but sent the tank for massaging. Can you share who did the job for you.?Thks.

anyway, i miss wildcard.

I never notice about the pipe lor just feel the coolant water alway go up to fuel cap area then is so much until going into the fuel tank, that y after that i remove the balance then left up to the FULL level line. So until now this thing never happen liao.
