but if u take out the erp, won't u have trouble on the road? as in if rov/tp do a routine check, can they fault u for it? i saw another gsr4 the other day, with the erp mounted on the fork itself, with the bracket secured by the fork clamp so the erp unit is in line with the instrument panel.. maybe u wanna try that out.. :goodluck:

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

friday nite i cannot la. i about 9.30pm then finished work.

Just wanna ask ar, i go looi motor to do my 1st service. He change the oil filter for me, the oil filter is exactly the saem as the 1st oil filter. Is it suppose to be like that?

 

My bike become much lower liao becoz i also ride my fren n gf. Does anyone have the problem also?

 

Who wanna get the belly pan also?

 

i will be working til friday, no access to internet.

I did not lower my fork. i never change anything till now. The suspension got lower liao. Last time my feet must abit tip toe one. Now i fully rest my feet on the ground. I wanted to jerk up my bike one but looi motor the technician tell me to totally run in finished then go jerk up..

 

Our bike can adjust the suspension one right? i heard all 1 to 4 level is it?

I had it max-preloaded recently. Taking into account my weight and pillion's weight, max-preloaded was the only way to go.

Less mushy suspension. but slight problems with very high humps.

I started wit problems with my right mirror.

Left mirror was ok !

after fixing the steering brace (Mine is the cheap ah boy $12, wit the ex $25 brackets)

Now the 2 mirror vibrate evenly !

Damn !

Maybe i need to look into better mirror.

One problem i found out abt GSR mirror is that the whole thing is flimzy.

Not so much of the engine vibrations.

 

Guys,

i have a suggestion,

Choose a place, cozy ! lots of bike parking space.

Coffee if possible !

Put the time.

sit down and discuss for see who needs wat.

Order in mass ! Think this will help !

Total level is 1 to 7. anyway suspension is just for u to adjust the stiffness. it cannot lower ur bike wah. something wrong some where???:confused:

My bike idling seems to drop around at 700km

And at netural, I ram the bike to around 3-5rpm, the engine just dies off

 

Worst still sometimes when I moved off and kicked to gear 2 .. the engine dies off.

At one point when I was at slowing down at a traffic from gear 6th -> 5th -> 4th to 3th around 30-40km/hr. The engine also DIES off

 

WTF ..

I think tml gg down to loois and hv an early 1st servicing after school

Btw I seen gsr with GIVI bracket and Box. Looks okie to me not too bad after all.

Probably will check out soon as is much cheaper than H&B box.

As for main stand, I hv checked with M-technik, agent of H&B boxes. From the technican knowledge. The chances of our bike hving a main stand is quite impossible.
