Just now i go recce .. givi rear rack for gsr is $190 with installation .. gonna put box soon ..

 

Just to add, i go bikeshop to see see the new fazer ...then the sales person say ...'you want change from GSR600 to Fazer600 ?' i just smile away, then next i proceed to other shop to pay for my other bike instalment, get scolding from the salesperson..he say i daring ride big bike ... he say 'wah, abang ..lu daring ride big bike..u only got class 2a ..u better ride carefully'...then i explain to him ...

 

Is it really hard to diff 600 and 400. or people don't know that gsr400 exist..i was thinking to put "600" sticker at the rear below the GSR logo...

One word of caution. Only install Givi rack which is designed for the GSR400/600. Other so called 'compatible' rack risk damaging both ur under tail exhaust and the exhaust fairing/tail board. Well I've manage to get mine at $180 through some bargaining.

anyway, that isnt really important though. hope you have fun on the GSR. about a year back, people were telling me why get a GSR? why dont get a super 4? spare part expensive, engine not proven, blah, blah, blah, etc, etc..

 

now, there're hundreds of them on the road. i saw 5 while riding to and back to work today.

Welcome, it is not advise to put 600 under there... the HP is totally diff...

to non-GSR riders, they dunno how to differentiate 400 n 600. all of us here knew how already. but i dun think we need to tell ppl how. just let them think its 600. n ALL GSR only have GSR sticker. purposely paste 600 or 400? others might think 400 stick 600.

i think those who rode S4 just dun like GSR 4. thats y got the **** n bull story about our bike. i believed that u knew about the hyper vtec revo rite? new engine oso n EFI, so for that, parts for engine will b slightly different n engine not proven as well... but wat the fish... still got ppl say until like v.good.

anyway,my fiance likes the gsr400,n i find it kinda cool for it to look like a class 2 naked bike with its big body exterior..dats y i wanna know all bout the gsr400..juz torn between tis 2..

the war between super4s and GSR is getting really out of hand. last night when i was riding back from work, a joker from my work place riding a project big 1 overtook me at about 130km/h in the same lane at TPE. i got mad but i know, if i were to return that favour to him, he would be again trying to pull that stunt, endangering both of our lifes. so i let him be. no matter how many times he slowed down, tapped on his brakes and to the extend of turning round to me and asking me to play, i just sticked to the 90km/h limit, till he got fustrated and took the sengkang exit.

 

another joker did the same thing too. a yellow FW-plate spec2. i got to know this guy is staying in yishun too. the bad side of me is telling me to go kick his bike down, but that will make me a typical "mat design" who resort to this childish and cowardly tactics. anyway, just let them waste their petrol.
