1)after riding a few km (bout 100deg?? is it normal for running in bike??

2)it it normal for big bike during slowing down, the bike will become jerky before coming to a complete stop?? did not experience this jerky with s4.

3)what is the maximum speed during the 1st 1000km running in??

sorry to crash into this thread. I guess is tht...its normal. U might be clutching in too late b4 stopping, try clutching in slightly early when the RPM is jus slightly below 2 n there should not be any jerking.

Gentlemen,

I am ready to make my proposal for our first GSR expedition this December holidays.

After hearing some of the opinions thrown over on Saturday morning, I've decided to make the following proposal:

1. Let's make it a 2 days, 1 night trip (Puffer, can arh?). Go in early Saturday morning (23rd) and be back home by late Sunday afternoon (24th 5-7pm).

2. I propose destination to be Air Papan beach in Mersing:

http://www.cuti.com.my/Sub/Johor/guide_johor_air_papan.htm

3. Accomodation, I suggest we go budgetting a bit. Initial planning was for backpacker style inns or motels (rooms with heated water for something like RM8 to RM20 per night). But now, I found out that along the beaches, they have chalets or inns that you can rent and even park in front of for security. Prices range from RM20 to RM60 per chalet. Each chalet will 2. maybe 3 rooms. Girls (if any) take one while sissys take the other one. Real men hit the living room for an all-night tai-ti marathon. Food can be gotten within the chalet compounds or we can always hit the beach for seafood. I'm still researching on the prices.

4. Direction-wise, to my understanding, its easier to reach from Woodlands Causeway. I will be conversing with some other rider frens on actual directions to the place.

So, guys. what say you?

Should try to hit Rompin in Mersing. We hornets always go there. But the price for the rooms is not as budget...

Lots of cornering and roads, but be careful since this is the firsttime you guys are heading there.

So it's suppose to be a all men's ride

or family trip?

In the beginning,

God created the heavens and the earth, and he rested.

He created Adam, and he rested.

Than he created Eve.......................

ever since....... they were both not be able to rest.........even in peace.

You are talking about the silver signal fairing?

Sand the area scratched with very fine sandpaper dipped in water. Only the scratched area. Use circular anti-clockwise manner and do not press to hard. This is to smooth out the scratch.

When the scratch is smoothed out, get a can of Hammerite silver (its a paint for those iron wrought fences and gates). Can be found at HomeFix DIY and most paintshops. Use an fine art brush and paint over slowly, equally and smoothly.

The Hammerite silver paint is supposed to be an exact match of the GSR plastic silver.

This is what I got from another forum.
