if a GSR600 can fit, why not a 400

I like the yoshi twin exhaust, 799 british pound to S$ will be.........S$2,410.8843!! At the exchange rate of 3.0174

And dun think its street legal.

I was wondering if this were to happen to

any of the GSR in Singapore.

Do issurance cover this?

Or agent should replace it?

So far no reports on SEA or hot weather country yet !

I think the next time we should inspect our bike

one by one !

Imagine it crack at 198km/h !

Sia hor !!!

I sincerely think we should be looking into the material

of the body frame.

This is because a lot of my screw tread on the body frame

was damage.

it should be stronger than the screws.

Over screwed the screws should give way, not the body frame !

i think most reported cases are from europe because they have a much larger population of GSRs as compared to the 50 or so we currently have here. & reading through the forum, it seems like the europeans suspect that the culprit is the way the frame is bolted or welded.. seems like temperature didn't cause the failures but it may have accelerated the processes leading to that. if so, i'm really worried, coz we might be just as susceptible to similar issues. all show the weak point to be at the neck, maybe we should regularly inspect that area, to spot hairline cracks before we ride. you never know..

on a lighter note, merry xmas to u guys & wishing u & ur families a happy new year too..

mods done:

powerplant device, fuel injector venturis,

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

litre bikes watch out! :gun:

are there any such disturbing reports in singapore? any detailed reason why that area will sudden crack? i had already decided to get a blue gsr400 very soon, hope they had retified the problem for the new bikes..

all this is only happening in europe on the 600cc...

so far no report from the japanese...

so i think it could be due to the frame not able to take the torque of the 600???

anyway this bike is using a 400cc frame...

Hay Puffer, if at the speed of 198km/h and crash my neck will like the body frame man.. hehehe.

any way as a instructor for 10 years just for you info a accident impact at the speed of 50km/h is equivalant to a man drop for 12 storey height. Don't die wan very*1000000 lucky. hahaha.
