Thanks for the welcome guys. Anyway, i had to wait for 18 days before my bike roll out frm the shop. I think the admin ppl are having holiday moods. If u r smart, u will know which shop i bought it frm. *smile*

 

It already 5 days since i got the bike, n yet my IU still haven't been attach to my bike yet. Nearly everyday, i come to the bike shop asking whether my IU is ready or not. Today the IU is available but there too many bikes tht need repairing and i don't have the time to wait for very long.... well another day then. Oh yeah, i still haven't got my bike manual yet... they miss-place it.... *sigh*

 

Oh yeah, my previous bike was Super 4 which had serve me well for the past 6 years.

 

I really interested in the radiator cover. I didn't know tht our GSR radiator is so 'exposed'.

 

After market exhaust? Yoshimura? I might consider it too since the exhaust will be under the sit thus it be hard to steal it but tht didn't mean impossible. As compared to exhaust on the side, 4 screws and the exhaust is a goner.

that "its not the bike, its the rider" can be a the motto for a gsr club if we ever get down to forming one, hahah..

 

anyway, went abt 120km today & tried turning the sliders when i reached my destinations. seems like when the bike is hot, they can turn (both sides), but not very freely though. once it cools down, it gets unturnable..

 

& the brakes feel so much more solid.. thx thx thx bro kaozie.. :cheer:

mods done:

powerplant device, fuel injector venturis,

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

How come southern say there are 3 colours? Matt, blue and red.. And someone here already got the red GSR400.. Physically I haven seen it either.

waa... i waited 5 weeks for my bike to come...

i'm the one who ordered the red one...but i've yet to recieve it. bike shop says maybe next week the bike should be rolling out. dun worry when it arrives i'll upload the pictures to clear all the doubts & speculations.

 

oh yea pls dont start bombarding me with PMs asking me where i got the bike, whats the machine price, etc. I got it at the market rate only with a lower interest rate. :smile:

There is one GSR 400 RED on display at MAH & one at Looi Motor (is a 600). Go check it out

was going to work thats why my post was early. anyway i called the salesman who sold me the GSR. it'll be ready before next friday; thats wat he said. i hope he wont call back n say delay n stuffs like that.
