Unless u have proper tools that dun take up much space.. then can... else no choice gotta remove

For me, i remove airbox and throttle assembly..

Things that may go wrong when tuning the tps,

1. Battery may go flat = unable to start bike

2. Immobiliser haywire, need a 2nd key to make it work again.

Mine, battery flat & mobiliser go wrong.

Remember not to start bike without the immobiliser.

Plug-in the immobiliser, and place at the ignition, when tuning the tps.

I set my tps to the "high position". Work wonder, cant feel the jerkness anymore.

The thinner tubing at the bottom has some fumes that u see when u pump petrol coming out and the coolant is like dripping. green in colour so i dun think its other things. Correct me if i am wrong. Today i checked the bike when cold. Both not visible. Do you guys have the same experience as me? I din overfolow the petrol. I fill to the bottom of the tnak just below the mouth of the tank

Its just petrol overflow only. Overflow tube. Reason could be u placed your bike a long time under the sun to u being stuck in traffic for a long time. That mite also be the reason the coolant overflow also into the reservoir tank. :thumb:

Wow i think thats the reason for both.

BTW isn't the coolant supposed to be at the Up and low lines? How did it overflow so much?

The coolant in the radiator got so happy and hyper they start jumping about. It got hot in there they ran out of the expansion hose and into the reservoir. Since the reservoir is quite full, they decided to jump out from the reservoir via the overflow hose.

haha good way og putting it. Our reservior have tubing also ah. And here i thinking only the petrol tank have 2 tubing. one outside the other is inside for overflowing.... Thanks motofreak

if i was u, i will pump petrol octane 95(i know esso as i pump it, don't know abt others) as octane 95 is red in color as compare to Octane 98 (green). with this u can verify whether the leaking is coolant or petrol.

also open up the radiator cap and check whether there is coolant to the brim of the radiator. if there is no coolant at the brim, then should top up fast. a spoil radiator cap can also cause the coolant to overflow out and not suck in back when the coolant down.

just my 2 cents.

I put tissue and tie to the tubing at the bottom.

Green colour can be seen. along with some yellow substance that smell like petrol

Have been leaving the bike in the sun for the past 2 weeks as my workplace do not have shelter..... not like the old place (Motofreak can be judge on this)

i am thinking if it is because it is being left in the sun that the petrol or coolent overflow. (as wat was told by motofreak in a interesting way)

BTW there is a tubing from the coolent reservior?
