From the way I look it, it could the screw went lose or missing & it drop out.

 

Correct if I am wrong, but I happy everyone is home safe. :thumb::thumb:

From the picture, I think Encik had a fall, cos the brake spindle look bend.

 

The brake lever must had broken off. Hope Encik is all right now.
