Wil it affect the tyre?

The picture shows the whole repair kit though the ones sold in SG (Motoworld) doesn't come with the CO2 canisters. The Plug is shown at the top, with the allen key on it's right.

The "mushroom" head goes inside the tyre, leaving the stem protruding out of the tyre thread. Pull the stem to properly seat the head around the hole inside the tyre. Then cut off the excess stem close to the tyre thread. After riding for some time, the stem will wear down to the same level as the tyre thread.

hey guys i think im the first person in sinagpore where my stupid injector spoil=( now cant travel more than 8000rpm. the best thing is whole singapore no stock=( need order from japan..

A piece of advise dont anyhow wash your injector!!=(

Could you please clarify what you mean by "wash", so that others know exactly what you are talking about? Interestingly, I just sent my bike for a wash at the bike shop and the groomer started chit chatting with me about my bike. Apparently he has heard and read from this forum that the Revo has a lot of problems. I then set him on the right path, that Revos are excellent and those who complain probably don't know how to maintain their bikes. There is no doubt that one line complaints like the one you posted also contribute to the general mis-conception.

Please clarify. Thanks! :)

The cost of aftermarket rims are very costly, >$1.5k.

Much faster pick-up & huge reduction in weight.

Galespeed rims are available, i dunno if marchesini are available for S4.

i ordered le..but doono then where got stock=( sian..FML

U mean u ordered new injectors as the current ones in ur bike is faulty?

Where did you "wash" or serviced ur injectors previously?

which shop diagnose the faulty injector is the problem?

there is not a need to wash our FI. it is good enough. i disciplined myself not to succumb to those adverts by well known bike-shops (i think you guys know which shops i am referrin to) that offer servicing of our FI's claiming after servicing the injectors will spray better. some things are better left untouched. change your EO, spark plugs, air filter, coolant when needed and all will be well. and i am speaking from context of a very aggressive rider who has gone up north numerous times and yet my bike has served me well enough. =P

i did my cleaning of injector in a bike shop(nt nice to say the shop here) as they told me need to wash your injector every 30000 , so i did..after washing i didnt find anything wrong till i install pc 5 last week, when they have to run dyno for me. My bike after reaching 8000rpm the injector wont open . HKL told me when they wash my injector they apply too much curren to it..so it;s partly damage=( so now if i ride over 8000rpm will be humfull for my engine.

The cost is around 3k... quote from a reliable bike shop.

So u think is this a worth while investment? i am using it as a means to save on bike weight n indirectly save petrol. I am not the kind that like to speed.

Correct me if I am wrong... Xiao_Vintage87 saying he went to HKL to have his Dyno run after installing PC5 and they (HKL) said his injector spoilt due to the a bike shop applying too much current while cleaning.

1) Dyno at HKL

2) clean injectors (nvr disclose as not nice right?)

I am abit confused by all the inputs lei

better ask them to pay for the cost. They are the ones who suggested servicing the injectors in the first place but did not do a proper job but yet admit to their mistake.

So u think is this a worth while investment? i am using it as a means to save on bike weight n indirectly save petrol. I am not the kind that like to speed.

Not worth it if u trying to lighten the bike load & save petrol indirectly.

Not tat much of fuel saving.

If for track-use & huge performance gain, yes go for it provided you have that spare cash to spend.
