HELP!!!! Guys...y my bike idling suddenly not consistant...sum time drop 2 0.5 den 1.0 den 1.4 den bck to 0.9...haizzz....y suddenly like dat wat happen???

 

u adjusted ur idling before?

it might also be spark plug problem.

send to ur mech to check it out.

btw mine got powercut, n of cos i got full throttle, i not first day wanna clear meter:sian:

 

maybe, i also dunno, see if other revo riders with agent bike can test if got powercut or not

 

Bro.. anyway at what speed is your powercut? anyway mine is parallel import... looking at ur bike registration number starting with nc is parallel import...if i'm not wrong..... anyway i try again... 160km'h not even a vibration....

ya, mine NC also, impossible u dun have power cut, i dun see by speed, i see by tachometer, 12.5k rpm is the cut off

Guys, tdy i rode my revo after not riding it for 2 days. I felt like my steering handling became softer, like not stable leh..

 

Check your front tire pressure.

go NSH and clear your exhuast... it might help...

not sure wit spark plug btw nvr adjust idling b4...yup may b need 2 go c mech...

as for idling speed, there is no standard RPM to set. its up to yourself.

from 900-1200RPM. if your bike can take it, you can even set it to 700RPM.

In that case, me too lah... i try to whack the bike till redline however it could not reach to the max.....subsequently, it just like power down...... nevertheless, it still able to clear meter despite the power cut...

For Our Revo, we are able to clear meter at rpm 11k only..... I try to whack the bike at Gear 1.. however, when it reached rpm 12.5 or 13k, it immediately power down..... is that powercut of the bike system like that preventing it from over revving the engine..... cause my fren informed me powercut is based on speedometer.... once you reach at the certain speed especially nearing the end of the speedometer, it will power down...

 

So i would like to pose this question to all revo rider.... have you clear meter before and it there any powercut on our bike?

based on tachometer, confirm have powercut de, tats y u mention dun have, i abit surprised. powercut is to prevent ur bike to over-rev to prevent engine seizure and damage to engine, overheating problems etc

i still using stock coolant, i got left abit engine ice at home, when coolant reserve low i just fill up abit lor, i not so fast so change lah, still can use just just lor

something to enquire, revo price at BP or new southern reasonable ar? BP machine $11.8K . New southern quote me 14+K OTR including my insurance etc etc, n.southern quote me axa $600+ with my 2 year of 2b experience. how is it at BP ar ?
