When you say stock, do u mean new? Being stock or even now with LV and/or clutch changed, I can hardly hit 120km/h or 50km/L no matter how slow I go. :sian:

Even then, a long and steep downhill is required, for me at least... :cheeky:

stock - unmodified and most of the time, new.

My stock hit 120km/h on BKE once

lowest FC of 50km/l(travel @90km/h) and max of 60km/l(travel max of 80km/h)

i hit can 110km/h(LV) i fear the death wobble(experienced once nv try EVER AGAIN)...

I travel 60-80km/h can hit 40-45km/h...

I regret modding... stock = best for wave.

its the amount of weight on your bike i guess and rider itself-

chain tension tyre pressure plays a part too-

me weigh 55kg,bike 2nd hand, never service since bought(except regular oil change)no box only centre basket,70/90 front and back-

bike evertyhing stock except leovince pipe-

can hit 120km/h even on straights and with my gf-

bike wobble?? not that really true la-

only vibration alot- but i guess its normal for wave:thumb:

I will try 60-80km/h, see how. Just pump Caltex95, feels smoother. Could be psychological effect though.

Ya, I was even thinking of renewing the COE when it expires at the 10th year mark. If COE, in future, is $1500 and beyond, then I might consider getting another Wave.

wat are the problems u noticed???

Life is not the amount of breath u take, but the moments that take ur breath away.

It is not how hard you fall, its how fast you get up.

Knocking noise and feeling from the handlebar when hard braking. Can feel the centre of the steering shifting front and back when going over humps. Unstable cornering even in slow speed. :sian:

But the S is the better bike, IMO. Try B-Plus for Coverset.

WY is more ex than B-plus.

B-plus - you must check thoroughly exactly what parts you are getting. They quoted u one price, then later say, "oh... this part, that part not part of the price." Best is to make a trip down, then no discrepancy. Note that B-Plus will not be cheaper than LAB, of coz.

I will always remember WY Balestier once quoted me $20 for a front basket!!!! Not that $20 is a lot of money but my friend got it for me from Thailand for S$5, installation was a breeze.
