Look under Specifications got a few different.

 

not much differences other than the tail's dimension, suspension, bike's dimensions and electric starter.

 

first bike? i think its quite normal bah. mine also like that... 80+ is ok 100 and above the vibrations start to be quite jialat.

 

mine 80+ start to have mild vibrations. the vibration above 90 start to be quite bad liao.

I JUST found out the problem...

I from bishan go changi no problem... when i want to go home, try to ride, tire gone 3/4 flat... ride at 40km/h to a nearby petrol station and parked my bike and discovered my 1/4 tire came loose from the rim on one side.

my tire totally no air and cant be pumped.

what do u mean by start ur bike ? engine start or turn key only ?

turn key : only have signal and brake light when brakes are used.no head light nor tail lights

 

engine start : all are on...

 

engine start i mean.. no headlight and rear brake light.. during crank start.. it sounds weak.. and my meter keep moving when i crank start.. that indicates low batt right..

seems like you having wiring problems..

 

crank start means still can kick start?.. how bout electric start?

2) When On ignition speedo got light abit?

3) Signal light working anot?

 

If all above NO, then higher chance must be your fuse bow...

omg.. u are damn lucky man.. if not ur bike will be running on rims instead of tyre.. juz pump air pressure when u visit a petrol station.. that's wat i do..

Just towed my bike to bike shop...

Cant pump any air.... the outer tyre came loose causing the tube to leak/unpumpable.

 

i think the rust valve puncture the tube...

i was told by a few mechanics that if ur meter clear twice when u turn on the ignition means batt weak liao. but so far i nvr encounter b4.

yup.. indeed its batt weak.. in the end i change the magnetic coil.. it burnt. money gone.. when i rode to shop juz now, my meter totally like nv on ignition. speedo not working, gear no light, signal no light..

I didn't read ur past messages and dunno if ur rim and rear suspension is stock.

I last time also hv this problem when I changed the stock rim to tubeless and as it was a inferior quality keeps having air leakage. I had to pump air every 2 days. if really cannot pump air cos the tyre is totally flat, use the flat tyre button on the air pump. I get so fed up that I went to jb to change to a better grade rim which cost abt the same as the inferior i got in sg.

High vibration and unstability might be caused by the soft stock suspension. Try change to a harder suspension.

I suggest u change ue rim and rear suspension as when encounter big lorries or x-wind or going at high spd, ur bike sure sway uncontrollably....very dangerous.....although can get better FC......but if still under warranty by boon siew, they might void the warranty if ur change the rim and suspension.....

I find that lorries and high spds have very little affect on me... X-winds are more serious... i weigh 55kg + 100kg (bike) = 155kg...

 

i'm currently saving for rims now.

army allowance is like crap...

440(my NS pay) - 227 (bike installment) + 50(petrol and maintence)

= 163 for food,shopping,outing,saving...
