i turn on my engine let it idle for 5 min then i slowly rev it till a certain point it will go weak(feel the piston stroke) then eventually the engine die off (try many time) . choke is off , if curb flood how to clear ?

 

maybe running too rich...thats y u open throttle fuel go in flooded....

New wave - 150km to 210km depend on riding style.

 

Able to reach 210km is good man!! Im actually scouting for cubs either wave or spark.. From pasir ris to jurong day in and day out, i will badly need a fuel economic bike..

It is dude!! Trying to get more info on wave and sparkz at the moment.. By end of yr, need to get one liao..

hi.. is it normal for my 5 yr old wave fc to be at around 45 - 48 even when most of the time i am cruising at around 80kmph??

 

it seems that you guys are having a much better fc..

5 yr old - i think it's perfectly normal

 

mine is abt 1 yr old now - max speed i travel is 80km/h. usually travel at 60km/h.

Relax and ride. throttle not more than 25%.

Cubs are the best choice for low fuel consumption... Wave is much efficient in fuel consumption due to their engine capacity and number of valve they had.

 

no regret.... if you dont mind their speed limitation and design. :cheers::thumb:

can be done...but need extra electrical stuffs to convert...total cost + - $250 to get it done...Single only...

 

if ur wave is 2 bulbs like mine then gd luck to u.

 

mine is single bulb.

where to get it done?

will the bulb last?

Need help here... Im looking for the stock rim for Wave S. And im only looking for the front spoke rim. Do contact me if u have for sale or give away.

I am trying max speed 80kmh. Now 1st bar gone and has done 50km. :cheeky:

How time flies...

 

Big is certainly a warning but small can be downright scary! Never underestimate the effectiveness of small.

get the stock filter and replace lo.....take out 4 screws and change only...very easy

 

My mech says take out easy, put back difficult. I also see it's only 4 screws to remove the front cover of the airbox. :dot:
