Big is certainly a warning but small can be downright scary! Never underestimate the effectiveness of small.

MUSHA : are u using sports rims?

I just changed to sports rims and Front 80/90 Rear 90/80 Battlax tires,

my FC drop sharply to

120km for V-power using 3 litre

140km for Esso 98 using 3 litre

Just for cornering, sacrifice FC like hell. Although super shiok!!!

IMO:

Sports rims is more for show only.

Spoke rims can handle lower speeds and lighter bikes with no problems.

IMO:

Sport rim for show?? have to disagree on that-

sport rim= Ride thru the humps, potholes etc. .w/out having to care bout e spokes getting busted-

spokes= better think twice bout ur spokes n ur tube-:faint:

:thumb:

big tyres on wave= super slow plus u cant go down as much like other bikes do-

reason being the design of the bike itself is way to low-

to enjoy going lower its better to:

) jack up ur pipe-

) remove ur mainstand and side stand-

) belly pan-

) and maybe get a higher fitted racing footrest-

Yes, i m on 3 spoke sports rims. My FC is usually 120km for 3L but my clutch housing is slipping already. I dont really corner, so i use 70/90 fr & 80/90 rr.

i kinda agree... once i removed my standard footrest on my sp for some YOSHIMURA footrest, quality was fack and it fell apart @ the conenctign rod (gear change).

then i got e POP racing footrest, VERI GOOD!!! sturdy and solid!!! but got stolen!!!! in the end i tow e bike to shop and fix back the standard...

so the morale of story is, if u get cheap, might as well dont get.

if u get expensive 1, prepare for it to get stolen...

Life is not the amount of breath u take, but the moments that take ur breath away.

It is not how hard you fall, its how fast you get up.
