I'm not sure but i ride my bike very hard most of the time(1st gear 0-40,2nd 40-60,3rd 60-75,4th 75-80) when i'm doing depatch job.

I have stopped doing full-time despatch(worked for 2months) so i'll check the amt left on next change. if still 400ml or less, i dont know what to do...

my bike is only 1yr old.

Maybe my hard riding destroyed the piston rings...

Hi @pish, I'm currently using Racing Boy 8-Legged Rims. $170 @ Wing Yap. Ppl say Ah Boy sell cheaper. To me it doesn't matter because rims are not something u change often.

I wash my bike everytime it's been ridden in the rain.

Wash and wax every weekend.

If ridden on damp/wet roads, i'll just rinse with water.

WARNING : Sports Rims will slow u down! because they are heavier than Spoke Rims. Braking inertia is increased. Rear brake aren't as effective(not sure if it is the drum fault or the braking inertia)

Wash and wax every weekend regardless.

I do this to keep the rims as white as possible.

Soap : MaMa Lemon

Wax "Cum" Cleaner : Soft 99

Sports rims are more of a stylo milo thing. Sports rims are good for holding bigger tires which can corner better and safer wet riding because of Battlax

I realised that black rims are more obvious than white rims on our Wave. Maybe my eyes are playing me out again...

Mama lemon is harmful to the paint, given that our Wave paint work is so weak.

But... my rear rim/wheel always lock when i step real hard on the brakes.

How time flies...

Mama lemon doesn't eat the paint.

My Wax eats the paint more. My cloth turns pinky after waxing.

i probably have to stand one leg on the rear to lock it. Btw i'm only 55kg.

btw MUSHA, what rims are u using? Original Wave sport rim?

do u know how much is it? and where u intending to buy? singapore or jb?

Mine is a Wave S (singapore version digital speedo).

Not sure how much yet. hopefully below $500. Racing Boy is $400 @ Wing Yap.

I only trust Original parts but normal more EX too.

Racing boy(other than rims) are sketchy IMO.(e.g Oversize brake disc for show)

I seen enough RUSTED racing boy brake disc.

I'm going to FJT/Boon Siew/B plus to ask how much on my payday(end of the month).

Solid Cash speak wonders. :)

u planning to get?

btw i really regret getting the revtev..... but aiyah since spent liao.. just leave it there for show..
