bros out there, recently i kena caught by lta.. was using pdk stomah dat time... kena escort went for inspetion den was charge 4 charges, damaged signal lite, mod tailite, mod exhaust, no. plate.... welll after changing it to standrd went 4 inspection n passed.... waited 4 2 weeks 4 e ltter of summon but nvr come.... den during new yr, lagik bes, kena tp rd block @ newton 2wards thompson.... they tp unhappy abt my bike n say my xhaust too nosiy.... he say suspect illegal mod... n i 4get to bring my letter dat day actually... kena escort into thier base... n tmr i will nid to collect my bike... (btw my bike e engine all standard)....

 

 

can bros out there help me wad they check or wad they will do tmr wen i collect my bike?? nid sum of ur advises... tanx....

i guess u just damn unlucky to be caught with the mods. an appeal letter would only have a 10-20 percent chance of being considered. it does look like ur mods are deliberate and so they will charge you. as for the road block, maybe when they find out that the bike is tp friendly, they would let it go..the earlier charges..just wait for the death note to come. please do check their website whether u have those charges against you posted.

wahh very suay....well if u got letter for black n white stating ures is standard, den why be afraid.

i tink you can rest yr mind for the 2nd issue since u mentioned the parts have all been swopped back to stock.

 

as for the 1st issue, there's nothing much u can do except wait for the summon letter to come. after getting the letter, pay a visit to the MP and throw out a sob story about how you cant afford the hefty fine. then they can write an appeal letter for u and likely to be able to reduce the fine by at least abit.

 

i did hear from one of the forumers who managed to bring his fines to an installment system. i.e. return bit by bit every mth. not too sure how feasible it is for yr case though.

If the Tp want to find faults, They die die will find things to summon u.. If not they'll just u collect ur bike the next day.. Dun think too much.. Bring ur letter there when u going to collect the bike..
