Drag racing is what they are missing here in singapore track.. Must make it as a high request from the authorities..

 

 

we need to have more support or gather more interested people(scooters or big bikes) to participate in the many different type of races in SG so no one will be left out.........worse the track to go to waste. we need to save time running to MY all the time for a race, save money for petrol and pages on the passport............hahaha

 

hmm.....maybe if a major pertrol company will be interested to held such event when they get to "sell" petrol on any event day, ha!

glad to see that there's actually drag enthusiasts. Im interested in powerful bikes but im more to the 'cornering around bends' guy rather than a 'drag to the finish line' guy hahah.

Wont it be nice if the drag was included with the other races held by SMSA or other organizer in Tuas? Maybe a quarterly event different from those races sound ok too right?

 

Scooters Standard Drag Event Categories : 50 meters or 400 meters

 

Stock 125cc – No engine modification allowed / open to all scooters out there for having fun!

Stock 200cc – No engine modification allowed / open to all scooters out there for having fun!.............hot headed ones may just strip off the unnecessary parts hmm than I need to strip off my weight, ha!!!

Modify 250cc – Simplify restriction by the Cylinder & Piston size or diameter maybe / for those rider with love just to modify

Modify Open – Ok this is the crazy group do whatever you want just be sure to be heading home the way you came / this one maybe is more for shops racing against shops but who cares right!

 

Do we have 50cc or 2-stroke??? Man, where should the bigger CC bikes like T-max to be in???.......guys did i missed out anything just chip it ppl

 

Hahaha…….Personally I may be dreaming but it all comes down to who is willing to organize this type of event and how to go about it. Sad to say it the beginning there may be low participation rate due to popularity or competitiveness. Gradually I think if the organizer have everything protocol up to standard, good prizes I am sure I will contact whoever I know to participate……..Singapore, Malaysia or event Thailand.

Stay bgm PRO for Piaggio 125-180cc 2stroke AC/LC enigines - on which the rear rim is fixed by 5 nuts.

 

With this stay the engine casing is much more stronger and more capable of sustaining the power of highly tuned engine. Broken casings should be an issue of the past.

Fitting is pretty easy and is done via the five schrews of the rear rim and the front mounting of the exhaust. The exhaust mounting has to be altered for fitting.

The stay is made of a special, very hard alloy composition using CNC machining. The delivery contains the complete mounting materials as well as high quality bearings from Japan or Germany.

The bgm PRO stay was very succesfully tested. Among other things by Kübler racing team at Scooter Cross Racing events. To get your casings stiffer the stay is very much state of the art!

The price is not as high as it appears on a first view. If you have a look at the high amount of time that goes in a Highend tuning casing and the availability of usable engine casing it is becoming comparable cheap.

Does SKF have hi-speed bearings? Would luvit if they have especially on all related bearings especially on transmission area. Which is better? Heavy duty quality bearings or SKF or other hi-grade branded bearings?

 

SKF do have high speed bearings.but quite pricey.and SKF bearings are weLL known worLdwide.even stage6 race bearings are SKF bearings.

SKF do have high speed bearings.but quite pricey.and SKF bearings are weLL known worLdwide.even stage6 race bearings are SKF bearings.

If you pay for EXPENSIVE bearings, you're paying for good QUALITY ones..

Oh btw, Stage6 just put a name on SKF bearings and it goes like Malossi carb but its actually delortto's.

If you're using Scorpion pipe the one ive posted earlier on in tis forum, no modification is needed. It's plug n play.

hmm........what happened to it? did you over do it and what scooter is that?

U mean the break into half crankcase? hahah.. as wat the mechanic told me, tat ive over exceed my powerband and that cause it to break.. lesson learn.. never speed.

 

It's a 2 stroke Runner bro..
