Which brand of sprokets n chain best recommend 4 S4?

btw i'm using RK X-ring wif rear spocket 45T & orginal front spocket..........

got pick up power...............

for me, it's up to individual preferences. some want o-ring, some x-ring. some want pick up, some want top end. you gotta noe what u want first bro.

if properly lubed and maintained, how long can an X-ring chain last???

20000-30000km but most of the time, the chain will outlast the spockets.

Fully agreed no point using those after market ones that offer less weight...

But maybe 2-3x the price....

So far out of my 9 bikes I only have changed chain and sprocket of my RXZ which i rode it for 4 years.

Other bikes...with good lubing and cleaning I had never change them before I sold them off....Still in very good condition...

totally agree with bro hachi..

 

but style of riding also play some influence of the chain & sprocket life...

 

e.g, constant hard pickup will surely strain e chain more than those riding with moderate pickup..

 

so to enhance the life of ur chain & sprocket, maybe can reconsider ur riding style abit...
