recently i subscribed the MOL premium with a free HP desktop. the cable modem (motorola 5101) comes with an installation guide CD in it. somehow the installation CD fails to connect to the modem giving me a msg "The installation assistant was unable to connect to the cable modem, please check that all cables are connected securely and try again...

 

after multiple checks and try. i ignored the msg and find that i am able to use the internet and can surf normally.

So, shld i ignore the prob since it works? has any MOL users encounter such prob or anyone knows whats going on? sorry i'm a computer noob.
