  8. Any idea the OTR price?
  9. Bro if you need a spare clutch cable let me know. I have a spare cable and I don ride anymore.
  10. Unfortunately this is the way to go to handle most parents. I did it this way too.
  11. Its a pity SH300i will not make it to Singapore. I would have gotten for the right price. Just for debate sake, how much would you pay for a SH300i OTR?
  12. HL just quote me $17,700 otr with insurance. Didnt know prices has gone up so much..
  13. I dont follow as per say, just monitor the general direction where I shoudl be heading. I prefer to look at road signs. GPS is just a second confirmation that I am going in the right direction.
  14. Looks like nobody has broken it before..
  15. I am just curious. Do we actually need the gps to tell us where to turn? It sounds like we are all on a tight schedule like delivery guys. If I am on a holiday I just switch on my gps for tracking purposes and will most likely only input the hotel as POI. After which I will just wonder around be it in the city or outskirt, part of my sight seeing and when its time to go back to the hotel, i just use the GOTO function and display the large pointer as a general reference on the location of the hotel. In this way I will be sure that I can reach my hotel and at the same keep my eyes on the road to look out for traffic and also more sight seeing. I may make a few more turns but its part and parcel of free and easy touring and u never know what u might encounter during those "lost" moment. Thus to me POI is more important. Which also explain why I kept my GPS 3 plus for so long and only recently I upgrade to eTrex Legend H only.
  16. Just curious, have any bro broken the belts while riding? I was told its not easy to break and the belt will give much indication before breaking e.g. sound and vibration.
  17. why would you want it to be certified? Faith is more important.
  18. Totally agreed. After all even the most powerful amulet cannot protect u if your bad karma is due to be rippen.
  19. Normally when placed at the altar, it is assumed that amulet is given up by the host, hence someone from the temple will collect it. U can ask the temple people if they have found it.
  20. Recently I rented a Nouvo 135 for 2 days in Thailand. The bike has about 10K mileage and for two up I notice the followings: 1 Moving on from stationary is slow, u really have to twist the throttle alot to move. But once on the move, power is adequate for 2. 2 Fuel consumption is the heaviest I have encountered so far for bikes up to 135cc, probably due to auto gearing. 3 With 2 up, and on winding up slope like those in MHS, the bikes vibrates quiet badly on full throttle, probably from the belts. Can anyone confirm this? 4 The back brake does not seems work at all, despite me using all my strength to pull the brake lever to try some slide, the back tyre hardly stop. Again can anyone confirm this? Despite this, I would consider this my next bike cos its easy to ride and handles quite well too even with 2 up.
  21. U will have to get in touch with fellow bikers in Malaysia. Try Malacca.
  22. Was told a total of 17 SG bikes were missing. Anyone heard of a CBR600 08 model going for RM17,000 in Melaka and another Honda 1000 sportsbike also going for RM17,000. Perhaps these owners are deep deep in debts.
  23. ????? !!!!!! Any riders out there....??? Wave X...
