It better for them to use water to wash your car, wrong kind of soap used might harm your car paint work. See how they wash first before you let them wash your car. If they was your car badly or poorly done, talk to them, give them a chance first before terminating them. When I wash my car on weekend, then I use soap.

I love the Honda Jazz/Fit, but I will not pay that kind of price for a small car.

I paid $30 per month for washing at my house MSCP. If I found the car not washed clean, I will talk to him and threaten to stop washing from next month, then he will put in effort again. I am not afraid of minor scratches on my car due to his washing, as I found that most car dealer do not really care about scratches when you trade in your car. They are only concern about major accident. I found that $30~35 for a clean car drive every morning is worth it, and I wash the car interior every 1 to 2 weeks.

Not everybody could effort or even if he/she could effort he might not want to commit to high loan. Toyota have good resale and scrape value, but if you are budget conscious, then better look for Korean car. You might loose more than $10K when you sell your korean car (which is normal for most car) but you save on bank interest. What you expect from a $42 Kia Picanto as compare to the $46K Hyundai Getz or a $55K Toyota Vios? (Price are estimated) Go for a car that suit you most, especially on your budget, do not stretch your pocket. If you choose a Picanto, then don't ever compare (as we tend to compare to a better and expansive car), else you will hate your car and plan to waste money and change car again. The Kia Picato could be a good car if you know what to do with it, visit Express Motion (Upper Thomson Road) and be poison by the lady boss.

Getz 1.6 have poor resale value due to competition on 2nd car market. If you prefer Getz, buy the 1.1, 1.3 or 1.4 model.

Use Esso/Mobil because of smile point and discount. Have tried Esso/Mobile 95, engine almost die off during pickup at traffic light. Have to accelerate more during pickup, waste petrol. Have switched back to Esso/Mobile 98, smooth during pickup at traffic light and so far no problem.

Yamaha XJR400 is a good bike but poor resale value, that is why I bought the Honda Super Four. My First 2 bikes are all Yamaha, this is the first time I am riding a Honda.
