Is Side Car Legal?

Hello Bros,

Just wondering, is side car officially legal. Off Course I have seen scooters with side car.

 

So how to get about it making it road legal ? Please advise ( Can any bike shop help ? )

 

 

Any increase in insurance or road tax or parking cost ?

Can I order one side car from overseas and install?

Can the side car carry a passenger - Legal ?

 

Best if any bro who actually have side cars answer my question.

Side car is legal on regular roads, but not allowed on the expressway.

Season parking costs (assuming at HDB) would likely double, as it would require more than 1 lot.

 

But otherwise, should be no change in parking costs when at other areas, eg shopping malls.
