Or imagine someone ebrakes in front of you and you're SURE to hit him, you take the risk by swerving to the left/right w/out checking blindspot & mirrors(because you don't have time) and there is an oncoming vehicle

i think if u can really react by jumping.... u won't even hit him...

some ppl have no time to swerve, they hold on tightly to their handlebar and prepare for impact.. deathgrip...

Home & Workplace both sheltered, so that covers 99% of my parking time. I almost never park outdoors unless I cannot help it coz I do not carry a bike cover with me & I also like to lock my helmet on my bike. My air filter is not totally open, bit it is significantly exposed by the hypercharger. Its ok to get wet, but it'll be a b!tch to start the bike & get it hot enough to evaporate the H2O.

The later model HD's have more refined rubber mounted engines that isolate the vibrations from the rider. My Sporty is a rigid mount engine & IMHO, the vibration is not too bad la....

 

I won't be going to NP on a regular basis, just have some matters that may need a trip there in the near future.
