i have a few qns which i hope u guys could answer....the yamaha dt200wr..is it a four stroke bike?wad is the petrol consumption like? are new models available first-hand?

1. It's a 2-stroke bike

2. FC can range between 16-19km/litre

3. Theoretically, there are no more 1st hand bikes as they have stopped production years back. Practically, I heard a couple of shops still keep one or two brand new WR200, but they have been in store for like 2-3 years. And this was what I heard back then, so no idea if they're still avail.

Its 2 stroke so must put 2T. My FC used to be ard 25km/litre, I think. Had changed the front sprocket to 13 teeth and travel ard 80 at expressway. Hardly open throttle big-big.

 

The engine is super durable. I travelled almost everyday from yishun to tuas for ard 3 yrs. Had a problem with the rectifier in the last few months only....
