Need bike advice

Hi, I'm new here.

Although I've rode a bike many years ago, I guess they are quite different nowadays.

I had a Honda GL125 and Ninja 400 long time ago.

 

Would like to have some advice on buying a bike.

Main purpose is just to transport a car battery about 15kg.

I currently have a van, but sometimes it's down and I'm looking for an alternative transport.

Fren intro me to scooter, saying it can carry at low CG near the foot, so bike more stable, but I'm not too sure.

 

My criteria is:

1. low-cost (used bike is ok)

2. need to a carry a car battery safely

3. slow speed is ok

4. low maintenance

 

I would appreciate anyone's input and suggestion.
