Bike Shop at Alexandra Village

Today I called up my bike shop to ask for early settlement.

They told me have to pay a $500 fee. I said, when i first bought the bike, I asked your staff and they told me no, no fee involved and now there is a fee?

 

The Friendly Sales girl said " You should check with the admin staff and not the sales man because they don't know" hahahahhahaha i laugh until fall off my chair.... Person who sells the bike doesn't know... isn't that the best answer in the world. She told me when I buy the bike I should check with the admin staff..Then i wonder, so might as well fire your sales man, because the contract is an integral part of the sale. Really lousy answer and best of all, make it sound like my fault.

 

Goes to show, these bike shop really got no standard, Hopeless. Hope they close down real soon/tomorrow. Dare to tell customer, this sort of excuse. You were warned!

Anyway I do believe that all the bike shops that I know of, practice this. In other words, do not go for early settlement if possible, juz continue installments till finish.

Take this shop Mah Motor Agencies at Jln Besar for example.When you buy a new bike from them, they will provide you with some freebies etc etc..Prices is definitely higher than most of the blackshop cos they dont do undercut or charge you extra hidden in the agreement.So they will do everything on the board.And they will do a interest rebate for early settlement of loan.

 

Not promoting them, just their customer last time for my 2B and 2A and still visit them once in awhile.
