Mobile bike repair for spark? throttling causes engine to die

I can start the engine, let it run idle, but it will die when i throttle too hard.

 

I can roam around my car park but at low speeds with minimal throttle, no power to even go up a tiny hump.

 

I have no idea about motorcycles and my last resort is to tow it, anyone got any ideas or a mobile mechanic to check on it?

 

It's a spark 135.

Check your choke, did you turn it on?
