is $10.4k worth for a FBB Plate Spec 3. Comes with..

1. 3 pts crashbars

2. New front n rear pirelli diablo tyres

3. New chain & spockets

4. New side mirrors

5. Servicing (eo,spark plug,oil filter, etc)

6. Inspection n road tax done by shop

pirelli diablo tyres gt diff type range from $260 - $460

 

New chain and spockets- wad chain and spocket they offer? range from $150 - $350

 

mirror new- many bros selling here

 

servicing is standard for a bike shop before they pass u the bike,thats to ensure that the eo,spark plug and stuff are brand new and nt those that used and declared how long they were used by the ex owner(i doubt even if they declared,the bike shop ppl will remember)

 

inspection and road tax is a must to do for them to transfer the ownership to u bro

 

 

so to summary on the stated above,the shop is trying to chop u by using many cheap stuff as freebies to smoke u,i doubt the tyres and chain + spocket will be the high end type....

Just wanna asked, what if i want to change my FBD spark 135 1yr+ first hand..to a brand new S4... how will they count it as? the bike as a downpayment? and additional cost for insurance? :cool:

Well, technically the popular ones r DID X chains and AFAM sprockets. But brand wise it dosent matter, just the size (e.g. 525, 520). Pricing ranges from $280-$320.

 

Might want to check out unique motors cos they're very competitive in their pricing. (I'm not affliated with them in anyway; just a frequent satisfied customer).

Normal riding, transport use just stay stock. Stock is the best:angel:

i dont know if its the right section to post such qn. anw to reset.

 

turn on ya bike

 

press and hold the two black buttons together, ya timing should blink.

 

then adjust the timing accordingly, left button adjusts the hours and right for the mins.

 

in 24hrs format. when ure done, just switch off ya bike.

I got heard the shop behind Tampines SAFRA also quite cheap. Erm... If I can recall, $220 for Metzeler, dunoe which ones. Hehehehe...

I prefer Michelin to Metzeler. I have used M1 before, not as good as I tot compared to Diablo. My friend says Power is good, so I decided to go for it this time.
