now LTA staff so hardworking ar.

 

i call the hotline to ask about my IU.the CS say will ask the IU dept to call me back..

 

after tat 2 LTA staff call me to grade their cust serivce

 

than 2 staff of the IU dept call me ask to ignore the inspection letter. :giddy: :sian:
